BEST BACK PAIN TREATMENT IN DAYTONA BEACH SHORES
BACK PAIN
Can have multiple triggers, can be emotional, physical, or something you ate and is effecting your kidneys. Regardless 85% of people have back pain, and tend to cut out their fun because of the whole motto "if it hurts, then do not do it". So is that the only answer when you want to play with your kids thats not cool. We have noticed that a lot of back pain is due to the forward head posture adding about 20-50 lbs on to your spine. This imbalance causes all the other joints to shift to try and disperse this compression. With society shifting to doing everything on a computer, there is no other option but to cope and suck it up, or you go to your doctor that your insurance company approved for you (wait, how do they know which doctor is best for your needs?) for you back pain, and they stare at the script, and write you a pill, then maybe you become addicted to it (whats are the stats on opioids in Daytona beach again?) , or maybe you decide that it's just masking the problem. So on your next visit to the doctor you ask "WHAT IS CAUSING MY BACK PAIN," and they stare at you blankly, and say "well we don't know definite yet but we will send you for a 500$ imaging, and ortho which leads to surgery."
Woah!! Doesn't it make more sense to do the more un invasive HOLISTIC approach FIRST before dropping all this money, and carving into this body making un-reversible changes? Thats a big decision. Then at the end of surgery you are still in pain or if not more. Countless times have we seen this. Never a chiropractor was mentioned, why? Because it actually works, and wont keep you in the loop of having pain and taking meds, then relying on the meds which is a whole other psychological issue. There is a time and place for surgery and medications, but 90% of the time back pain does not need to go that route. Also you could get so many visits, with all that cash that was dropped. Doctors do not have to be expensive, Doctors are here to SERVE YOU.

Education
According to Harvard a 2018 study published in JAMA Network Open is among the latest to weigh in on the pros and cons of chiropractic care for treating low back pain. Researchers enrolled 750 active-duty military personnel who complained of back pain. Half were randomly assigned to receive usual care (including medications, self-care, and physical therapy) while the other half received usual care plus up to 12 chiropractic treatments.
After six weeks of treatment, those assigned to receive chiropractic care:
-
reported less pain intensity
-
experienced less disability and more improvement in function
-
reported higher satisfaction with their treatment
-
needed less pain medicine.
While no serious side effects were reported. What side effects are on the side of a pill bottle?
